ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

If you decide to use MILS Tools and Services through accessing this website you agree to the following Terms and Conditions of Use:

TERMINATION/CANCELLATION

MILS may at any time, in its sole discretion, refuse or discontinue the provision of Services without notice and without reason, to any Client or Company. MILS may investigate any activity that may violate this Agreement and claim any kind of legal compensation either from a competent body or by a competent Court of Law.

RESTRICTIONS ON USE

The Tools and Services on this website are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws and any unauthorized use of the Tools and Services of this website may violate such laws.

The Trademarks, logos, service marks (“Marks”) and any other material from this website and any other World Wide Website owned, operated, licensed, or controlled by MILS or any of its related, affiliated, or subsidiary companies may not be copied or distributed, or republished, uploaded, posted, or transmitted in any way, without the prior written consent of MILS.

EXCEPT:

Where one copy of the material is downloaded on one computer for personal, non-commercial home use only, provided you do not delete or change any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices. Modification or use of the materials for any other purpose violates MILS' intellectual property rights. The material in this website is provided for lawful purposes only. If you download software from our site, the software, including all files, images, contained in or generated by the software, and accompanying data (together, the "Software") are deemed to be licensed to you by MILS. Neither title nor intellectual property rights are transferred to you, but remain with MILS', who owns full and complete title. (vi) The design and/or layout of this site are protected by intellectual property laws, and may not be copied or imitated in whole or in part. Elements of this site are not included in the rights specified above.

DISCLOSURE OF INFORMATION

You agree not to disclose MILS Confidential Information without MILS' prior written consent. "MILS Confidential Information" includes without limitation: (a) all MILS software, technology, programming, specifications, materials, guidelines and documentation; and (b) any other information designated in writing by MILS as "Confidential" or an equivalent designation.  MILS Confidential Information does not include information that has become publicly known or information that has been (i) independently developed without access to MILS Confidential Information, as evidenced in writing; (ii) lawfully received by you from a third party; or (iii) required to be disclosed by law or by a governmental authority.

RESTRICTION OF LIABILITY

MILS will not be liable for any damages or injury caused by, including but not limited to, any failure of performance, error, omission, interruption, defect, delay in operation of transmission, computer virus, or line failure. MILS will not be liable for any damages or injury, including but not limited to, special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials in this website, even if there is an allegation for negligence or MILS or an authorized MILS’s representative has been advised of the possibility of such damages, or both. The above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you to the extent that applicable law may not allow the limitation or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages. MILS’ total liability to you for all losses, damages, and causes of action (in contract, tort (including without limitation, negligence), or otherwise) will not be greater than the amount you paid to access this site.

MISCELLANEOUS

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales.  This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof. Any modifications to this Agreement must be made in a writing executed by both parties, by your online acceptance of updated terms, or after your continued participation after such terms have been updated by MILS.  If any provision herein is held unenforceable, then such provision will be modified to reflect the parties' intention, and the remaining provisions of this Agreement will remain in full force and effect.
